Custom painting of three beloved compaions.

From a customers wedding photos, I recreated  this scenic backdrop. I enjoy painting on different surfaces, this is my third milk can.

Taken out of a book, this customer is obsessed with vintage Las Vegas.

MEET THE ARTIST

My name is Natalie Steffler, I live in Fort McMurray, Alberta, Canada. I have been drawing/painting since grade school, taking highschool art classes because it was a passion of mine even when I was younger.  I feel that I was given the artistic gene from my grandfather who was an artist himself, always sketching such beautiful pictures, few are still in the family!

I look at pictures of any kind, black and white prints, water colors, sketches, photographs, paintings... right away ideas start running through my head, I think of ways to capture the importance and detail of the picture to make it my own piece of artwork. Combining one or more pictures to a different surface is my specialty, turning scrap woods or metals into a stone looking surface and then painting an animal on top or whatever the picture may be is an example. I get creative and ensure that each picture comes alive with detail! Since I don't like to rush anything, it could take me a few hours to finish a piece or a few months.  I think and dream of what I can do to make the piece 'pop' sometimes more time is needed until I feel satisfied that it is perfect for my clients.

With over 40 years of drawing/painting pictures for my family and friends I decided to expand and do what I love to do - create artwork for anyone that wants custom pieces in their home, office or as gifts to family and friends.

Explore my site and view my past work, get inspired for your custom art piece. I am always working on new ideas and thinking up new surfaces I can use.  Any ideas you have for your pictures are most welcome, we can work together to create that perfect piece of art!
